Terms & Conditions

Shipping and Delivery

After you have placed your order and we have processed your payment we will provide you with an order confirmation by email. This email does not guarantee that the product(s) you have ordered is/are available. It represents confirmation that we have received your order. Your order represents an offer to purchase, which we accept when we dispatch your product(s) and send you an email confirming that your product(s) has/have been dispatched. 

Once this email has been sent and the goods have been handed over to the designated carrier, the contract between you and us is completed. 

If delivery of an order will result in unacceptably high freight charges to Linen Box, we reserve the right to contact you to request further shipping fees or to cancel an order prior to dispatch. If we cancel your order in these circumstances we will issue a full refund to you. 

In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel your order prior to dispatch. We will contact you by email as soon as possible to let you know. You may choose to have a refund to the value of the unavailable product. If you cancel your order before shipment a refund will be given to you less any merchant fees paid. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, where we suspect fraudulent activity, or where you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out, or otherwise contemplated, within these Terms and Conditions or our web site. We reserve the right to refuse to process or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We endeavour to deliver all orders within a 7 to 14 business day time frame Australia wide. On rare occasions this time frame may need to be extended and if this occurs we will notify you via email.  An exception to these delivery time frames is the public holidays, Christmas and New year period, and when shipping to WA where delivery times can extend to 21 days.

I Bought Multiple Items, Will They Be Shipped Together?

Wherever possible we’ll ship your items together. However, if you purchase products on different days your purchase’s may arrive separately so as not to delay your initial purchases.  Gift Box items although sourced through various suppliers will always be delivered together and as stated on our web site.


We only sell Australia wide. 

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.  Gift vouchers are to be used to deduct the voucher amount off the total purchase at check out.  If the purchase amount is less than the voucher, we will happily issue a store credit.  Gift vouchers have no expiry date

Shipping Costs

A flat shipping rate of $12.00 is payable at check out for all orders under $150, with free shipping over $150, or unless otherwise stated within Australia. Some homewares & larger furniture items will have the shipping rate determined at check out.

Free Shipping Offers

Free shipping may be offered on a promotional basis at our discretion from time to time, otherwise  free shipping is offered within Australia for purchases over $150.00.

Return Policy

I want to return an item, how does that work? We work hard to ensure our products are high quality and are confident that you in return will be delighted with your purchase. If however your purchase is faulty then we will replace it. Once we receive your returned item, we'll give you a full refund of the purchase price (less the initial delivery charge) or replace your product depending on the fault and availability.

To help us process your return as quickly as possible please email us to linenbox@linenbox.com.au let us know what the fault is with your purchase and include your name and your order number, we will require a photograph of the fault and a full description of the fault. 
We will then email you return address instructions, we will either send an Australian Post parcel bag or organise a courier to collect the faulty goods.  Please carefully select your purchase as we do not offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind. Your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to an additional 10 business days after your credit is applied by Linen Box for it to be available as credit and for it appear on your credit card account statement. 
We reserve the right to charge for additional courier and associated costs.

All claims for faulty goods must be made with 14 days of receipt of product.  

Damages & Shortages

The team at Linen Box inspects and carefully packs your order before shipping with every effort made to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition (with the exception of some larger furniture pieces and homewares which may be sent directly from our suppliers).All shipments should be inspected immediately on arrival. ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE AND OR SHORTAGE MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE MERCHANDISE. 

Digital photographs of damaged goods and boxes will be required for replacement of damaged goods. Save all damaged cartons until any claim with the carrier is settled.  


We do not issue refunds or exchanges, except in the case of faulty or damaged goods.  Some of our products are handmade and as such there may be slight variations in colour, shape, texture, grain or otherwise.


Cancellations and amendments can only be accepted before your order is dispatched. Cancellations are not accepted for already dispatched orders.

Facebook and Multi Media

The purpose of our Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and twitter pages are to provide Linen Box fans with inspiration, information, access to special promotions plus the latest goings on at Linen Box and from our circle of friends. You’re welcome to contribute your own comments, photos & videos.
To ensure a positive and respectful environment for everyone, we ask that you follow a few simple guidelines when making a contribution:
We’re all about the bedroom, bathroom and luxury gift boxes and providing our customers with fabulous products. We welcome contributions on this topic.
 We’ll delete posts that we consider to be off-topic, spam, advertising, offensive, sexually inappropriate, threatening, abusive, hateful, profane or defamatory towards a person, race, ethnicity, entity, belief or symbol.
We’re big supporters of lively, open discussion and we don’t shy away from negative feedback from our customers, we simply deal with it in our usual professional, friendly manner. However, we reserve the right to address factual errors or delete posts if we think it appropriate or necessary to do so.
 We’re happy for our material to be shared (via Facebook’s "share" functionality), but you should not copy our material and post it without attribution, nor use it for commercial purposes or claim it as your own.
 We support the Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, and our Facebook page adheres to relevant Facebook policies.
We reserve the right to ban users who don’t abide by these guidelines.  

Prices, Payment, Security and GST

All prices displayed on our web site are in Australian dollars and include GST. All payments are processed in Australian dollars. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Prices are subject to change effective immediately upon posting to our web site or other form of notification. 

 Payment security We use industry standard encryption to keep your personal information secure throughout the payment process. We do not store your credit card or bank information. We will not be liable for any damages or losses (whether direct or indirect) caused if a member’s card is used fraudulently.

Our Products

We endeavour to ensure that all the products on our web site are accurately described, and we rely on information provided to us by our suppliers. Unfortunately, on some occasions it is possible that our web site will contain errors and we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after you have placed an order. In some cases the products we offer for sale are hand-made or made from natural or organic materials, and there may be small variations between the product image(s) and the product you receive. This will always be stated on the individual product listing. We endeavour to ensure that all colours are displayed accurately, but you should be aware that colours may appear slightly differently on different displays and screens. 

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours, information or other content available or offered on our web site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free, nor do we make any warranty about the standard or quality of any of the products offered via our web site. 

On rare occasions our suppliers find themselves unable to deliver products to us, or the products delivered are not of sufficient quality or workmanship. We reserve the right to withdraw any products from our web site at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on our web site. Whilst we will make our best effort to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances which mean that we may need to refuse to process an order after we have sent you an order confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time, at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from our web site, whether it has been sold or not, removing or editing any materials or contents on our web site or for refusing to process or accept an order after we have sent you the order confirmation.
